These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Selfmade Homes Inc. Platform.
By accessing or using Selfmade, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Selfmade Homes Inc. (“Selfmade,” “we,” or “us”) provides technology-enabled real estate and renovation services that help buyers explore, customize, and purchase homes.
Our Platform includes interactive property listings, renovation cost estimators, design tools, and communication dashboards between buyers, agents, and Selfmade staff.

Selfmade provides digital feasibility, design visualization, and renovation-planning tools.
All cost estimates, renovation timelines, and property valuations shown on the Platform are for informational and illustrative purposes only and do not constitute binding offers, appraisals, or construction contracts.
Final pricing, design scope, and transaction terms are governed by separate written agreements (e.g., Repurchase Agreement, EMD Agreement, or Construction Contract) between you and Selfmade Homes Inc. or its affiliates.
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity under your account.
If you suspect unauthorized access, notify info@selfmade.homes immediately.
Selfmade may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
You may upload property images, renovation notes, or design inputs (“User Content”).
By submitting User Content, you grant Selfmade a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for Platform functionality and marketing (with identifying details removed).
You represent that you own or have permission to share all content you upload.
Selfmade is not a general contractor, mortgage lender, or legal advisor unless expressly stated in a separate agreement.
All third-party service providers (agents, contractors, designers, lenders) are independent.
Selfmade facilitates coordination but is not responsible for third-party acts or omissions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Selfmade Homes Inc. and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Selfmade in the past 12 months or (b) $500.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Selfmade, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of others’ rights.
All content, software, and trademarks on the Platform—including the Selfmade name, logo, and visual materials—are owned by Selfmade Homes Inc. or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Platform without written consent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in San Bernardino County, California, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
Sections 5–11 survive termination.
We may update these Terms periodically. Revised versions will be posted with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
